Lack of a fair and level playing field is to blame for NASA leader Raila Odinga's failed presidential bids, Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi has said.Speaking during NASA’s rally at Mama Ngina Grounds in Mombasa on Sunday, the firebrand ODM Governor said Raila has never lost in a presidential race, adding that 'dark forces' have been determined to kill his burning ambition to lead the country."We all know one thing; Coastal people know, the whole world knows and Kenyans know that Raila Odinga has never in his life lost a presidential election. He won in 2002, 2007, 2013 and 2017. But why has Raila not been sworn in as Kenya's President? It is because of thieves. The election environment in Kenya is not conducive," said Kingi.Kingi, who is one of Raila's key allies, maintained that the opposition outfit will not take part in the repeat presidential polls slated for October 26.The county boss said NASA will only participate in the elections if the IEBC reforms are instituted to ensure free and credible elections.Kingi argued that the current environment is not conducive for credible elections, adding that NASA will not be party to another 'sham' election.
