This after he got a scathing attack from Molo residents who accused him of playing politics with county resources in his bid to run the county for a second term.

“There is nothing we got as residents from the so called ‘Gavana Mtaani’, Kinuthia should stop using county resources in a bid for re-election and instead use that money for the benefit of all residents,” John Wanjohi, a resident, had been quoted saying.

The governor has however defended the program saying it has immense benefits to the people.

"This is now the true definition of devolution where the public have a chance to interact with their leaders one on one and their issues are addressed. We have been able to sort some issues, which would never have reached us at the headquarters,” Kinuthia said.
