Former National Transport and Safety Authority Chairman Lee Kinyanjui has re-assured Nakuru county residents that he is still in the governor's race.Kinyanjui said nothing will stop him from contesting the seat adding that he is the 'hope' of Nakuru.

"I am 100% cent in the race, Nakuru people believe in my candidature and nothing will stop me from contesting," he said.

"It is clear that Nakuru people have lost trust with the current leadership which has failed. I am their hope now," he added.

"I am convinced that I am the one to redeem the leadership of this county. I am sure I will floor my competitors," Kinyanjui said.
