Paul Kiongera is set to miss the next match with AFC Leopards due to injury.

Leopards are set to face Chemelil Sugar at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu on Sunday.

Kiongera sustained a knee injury in the team’s game against Nzoia Sugar FC and had to sit out the clash against Ulinzi Stars on Wednesday.

 “Kiongera is carrying a knock in the knee and that is why he did not play in the Ulinzi Stars game but I believe he will recover soon and be able to join his new mates. He will be out of the next game because we play on plastic and for a player coming from injury it is not the best way to introduce him back,” said Leopards coach Stewart Hall.
