Civil society groups drawn from Kisii and Nyamira counties respectively have now want Jubilee government to arrest NASA leader Raila Odinga and charge him before his 'swearing-in' date.
According to the groups arresting Odinga will reduce violence witnessed in some parts of the country and avoid all the unnecessary deaths.
Led by Mars Group Chairperson Ezra Obaigwa the groups gave the government options of either arresting Raila or calling him for dialogue to end the political tension and division in the country.
"Jubilee government have been so lenient on Raila and that has led to losing of lives and destruction of properties and its high time they arrest him for claiming that he will swear himself that is likely to trigger violence, said Ezra
Ezra, however, urged both NASA and Jubilee supporters to know politics is over and its time for Kenyans to work.
