Led by the elderly people chairman Samuel Ongwenyi on Wednesday, they condemned the suspects and said that they deserve to be jailed for life.

" It is sad that a few people steal from Kenyans and they want to be let free. If they get released we shall curse them," said Mr Ongwenyi.

He said that they will suffer until they return the cash they had stolen from the government.

The elderly people hailed Chief Justice David Maraga for the efforts the judiciary has put in fighting corruption.
