A section of Kisii leaders now want the Internal Security Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i out of office.
Led by Kisii based politician Rachael Otundo the leaders want the CS out of office as they allege that he lied about Miguna's deportation.
"We all read his face and the CS was not honest. We ask the president to send him parking," said Ms Otundo.
Ms Otundo argued that calls by the CS that some judges were not honest were biased and that Dr Matiang'i should accept that he was wrong.
"The CS ignored court orders and that is the truth if he is honest he could have appeared in court personally," he said.
On Tuesday Dr Matiang'i told a parliamentary committee that his ministry had asked the Attorney-General Kihara Kariuki to appeal his conviction by High Court Judge George Odunga.
In a ruling last week Judge Odunga found the CS and other security officials guilty of court contempt.
