Kisii Town Jubilee supporters took the celebrations to the streets barely minutes after IEBC declared Uhuru Kenyatta as the legit president elect.
Despite the fact that NASA supporters remained calm, Uhuru supporters would not hide their joy and said the president has been under immense pressure to retain the seat which he said was 'snatched' from him by the Supreme Court barely a month ago.
The supporters, however, urged Uhuru to consider uniting the nation in his first 90 days in office.
In an interview carried by the writer, the supporters said they've been eagerly waiting for the announcement by IEBC chair, Wafula Chebukati so that the current political tension can end at once.
Edwin Mogere a Jubilee supporter said they are ready to support Uhuru's regime for the next five years as they've been behind since 2013.
