Kisumu residents have expressed their faith in the supreme court saying that they have hope that the seven bench judges will rule in a just and fair manner.
Speaking to Journalists on Wednesday morning at Kondele, the bodaboda riders said,
"We have faith in the supreme court that it will exercise its independence by ruling without favoring any side but rule on the basis of the evidence that was presented in court by the lawyers representing different sides."This comes after the hearing of the case ended yesterday with the lawyers presenting evidence that they found in the IEBC servers.The Chief justice Maranga said that the judgment of the case will be delivered on Friday and he did not say the time when the judgment will be delivered but said that the same will be communicated via the registry of the supreme. He added that the judges have two days to examine the evidence given and make their judgment.
