The duo conceded to fact that the devolved unit needed to step-up efforts and bring help to the doorstep of those in dire need of hearing aids.
Austin revealed that his firm will pitch tent at Lions High school, Kisumu on Thursday to conduct a medical camp where the hearing equipment will be issued to those in need after examinations.
Austin and Nyong’o noted that the most affected were children with hearing difficulties from poor backgrounds, who had no access to the devises and thus remained locked out from hearing yet their condition could be addressed.
“We urge members of the public to turnout in their numbers and benefit from this exercise aimed at bettering their health,” Nyong’o stated.
Starkey Hearing Technologies is located in St. Louis Park Minnesota in the USA and the firm sells nearly a million hearing aids every year.
