[Photo|Governor Nyong'o Communication Unit]Kisumu Senator Fred Outa and former deputy governor, Ruth Odinga, were on Monday, arraigned at the Kisumu Law Court where they were charged with different accounts.This is after the Director of Public Prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko, earlier in the day, recommended charges against the duo over allegations of incitement to violence, destruction of property, entering an electoral center designated by IEBC without permission and obstructing an election officer in executing his duties.The two who presented themselves to Kisumu Central police station, were later released on a Sh500,000 bond.
Kisumu Governor Prof Anyang' Nyong'o and his Deputy Dr Mathew Owili, appeared in court in solidarity with the two.The case will be heard on November 13.Also present were Patrick Ouya, Richard Ogendo, Joachim Kim Oketch alongside a number of MCAs.
