[Photo|Anyang' Nyong'o] Leadership differences looms in Kisumu County after Senator Fred Outa and County Assembly Speaker Onyango Oloo accused Deputy Governor Dr Mathews Owili of plotting to destabilise Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o’s administration.The two accused Owili of undermining Nyong'o's leadership so as to easily ascend to power under ill intentions following alleged Governor Nyong'o's ill health.Unconfirmed reports say Nyong'o is in the US for medication but the county government said he is there for official tour.Speaking during a football tournament at Apoko primary school in Nyakach Constituency on Sunday, they warned that any leader scheming to destabilise Nyong'o's administration would not succeed.Outa who is former Nyando lawmaker vowed to join hands with county leaders to stand firm in support of Governor Nyong'o.The tournament was organised by South West Nyakach MCA Gard Olima, who is also the County Assembly Chief Whip.
