Paul Odhiambo Okiri, the Kisumu West MCA who mysteriously went missing causing chaos in Kisumu, was on the night of Friday, September 30 found wandering barefoot in Rongo Town.
According to the star, Okiri was found confused at 8 pm by a boda boda operator who he begged for a lift and asked him to take him to the nearest police station.
The MCA told Rongo OCPD Jonathan Kisaka that he had been abducted the previous day at around 11 pm as he drove to his home in Sinyolo village of Kabuonja North Sub-location.
“He said when he took the last bend to his house three people emerged from a nearby plantation and forced him to slow down,” Kisaka said.
He said he was forced out of his car into a nearby vehicle driven by a lady, was blindfolded and driven off and left at Nyarach area in Rongo.
