Wambua argues that Kalonzo, Musalia Mudavadi, and Moses Wetangula should be accorded a chance to meet President Kenyatta.

He said that their exclusion in last week’s meeting was wrong since they are equal partners with the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Speaking to journalists at the Parliament Buildings, in Nairobi on Wednesday, Wambua stated that there are so many questions Kalonzo, Mudavadi, and Wetangula need answers in regards to Uhuru-Raila meeting last week.

“I don’t see anything wrong with Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetangula seeking to meet President Kenyatta and in fact I personally support their push,” Wambua said on Wednesday.

Senator Wambua said that by meeting with the President, the three NASA principals will get to know what transpired during last week meeting.

He said that for the interest of national dialogue all leaders and Kenyans must be involved.

The Kitui senator noted that suspicions are still rife in regards to what the former Prime Minister discussed with Uhuru in a meeting that NASA co-principals were not aware of.

On Wednesday, after holding a closed-door meeting with Kamba elders and church leaders in Machakos Town, Kalonzo said that he is seeking to meet the President.
