Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri has hit out at Opposition leader Raila Odinga for proposing for the formation of a six-month interim Government. In a recent interview with Reuters, Raila accused Jubilee administration of lacking inclusivity, calling for a transitional government to prepare for a fresh election. But speaking on Saturday, Kiunjuri said Raila's remarks confirms his plot to share power with President Uhuru Kenyatta."In the 1990s, Raila used the words transparency and accountability to advance his political agenda. He has now come up with the words exclusion and inclusivity to revive his frustrating political career," he said. The CS said Jubilee was not ready to share power with Raila who he said was rejected by Kenyans."The Constitution is clear that whoever wins the election forms the Government. Raila must not be in the government so that it becomes inclusive," he remarked.Kiunjuri was speaking during the burial of former minister and South Imenti MP Kabeere M'Mbijiwe in Meru County.
