This came out clear on Sunday afternoon during their quarterly meeting held at Nakuru Primary.

The members decried that they have been pushing for the title deeds without any success. They claim when they approach Lands offices in Nakuru, they do not get services.

"We want the government to intervene in this issue lest we are evicted in future,"said a Mr.Wachira one of the landlords.

His sentiments were seconded by Kinuthia Mwangi who said if the matter cannot be sorted out then anything can happen in future.

"We don't want to leave our children in problems over these plots and that is why we are reaching out to get title deed,"said Mwangi.

However, addressing the members, community leader and businessman Neto Sakwa appealed to the members to unite and push to get title deeds.

"Going as an individual is very difficult but if you unite and approach the County government am sure the issue of title deeds in this area of Manyani shall be sorted out,"he said.

When contacted over the issue, Nakuru Lands CEC Rachael Maina said she had received the complaint and they are working on a mechanism to identify those who don't have title deeds in the area mentioned.
