Residents of Kivumbini are now living in fears following cases of stray dogs attack with recent case leaving 6 people in Nakuru town, among them four children below the age of ten nursing injuries after stray dogs attacked them on Thursday evening.
The residents swung into action to hunt the stray dogs that is reported to have attacked four children in the area between 6pm and 7pm.
Beryl Ayieko had his 8-year-old son left with serious injuries on his legs and hands.
Another five-
year-old girl was also badly injured by the dog as she played outside their house.
Area community policing chairman Evans Egaliche said they have informed the County Health Department over the rising number of stray dogs in the area but no action was being taken.
