The Kenya Medical Trust (KMET) organisation in Kisumu is set to start operating an eye clinic.

The clinic will be opened on November 07, and will serve patients from Kisumu and neighboring counties every Monday.

Moses Omondi, a clinical officer at KMET clinic said they will be offering all eye related services.

“Those who have got eye discharge, you have any foreign body in the eye, your vision is not good, you cannot see far, you cannot see objects that are near you, you cannot see objects that are far away from you, you cannot see well while walking in the sun; I mean everything concerning your eyes,” said Omondi.

He said the clinic's charges are affordable.
