Gor Mahia Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ludovick Aduda is advising fans who would wish to watch the Champions League match against Leones Vegetarianos of Equatorial Guinea on Saturday to start their journey early.

Gor Mahia will face Leones Vegetarianos in the first leg of the Preliminary round match of the 2018 Champions League tournament at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Saturday.

The match will start at 3 pm. Speaking to the Club’s website on Thursday, Aduda said that there is a lot of traffic jam along Mombasa road and to avoid last minute rush, fans will have to organize themselves well to get to the match venue in good time.

"There is normally heavy traffic in some sections of Mombasa road due to trucks and fans from Nairobi will have to leave early in the morning (by 9 or latest 10) to be in Machakos in good time for the match," Aduda is quoted by Gor Mahia portal.
