Former Subukia lawmaker Koigi Wa Wamwere has cleared the air on his personal relationship with Deputy President William Ruto.
Speaking on Sauti Ya Mwananchi radio Saturday, the ex-legislator revealed that there indeed exists bad blood between the two of them, confirming that they are not in good terms.
The opposition leader Raila Odinga ally and Nakuru point-man said that he as well dislikes Ruto's political moves, observing that he might never support him in coming political contests.
"Its true that I have personal problems with the Deputy President and I do not approve of his actions, especially his political moves and behaviours," he stated.
Wamwere has since taken a side against Ruto, revealing that he will be against his candidature in the forthcoming presidential contest, claiming that the deputy head of state is not suited for the post.
Ruto has since already declared his desire to fill the post upon President Uhuru Kenyatta's retirement after the 2022 general polls and is likely to vie on the ruling Jubilee Party ticket.
The DP has, however, since urged his allies and the entire political class to drop the growing 2022 debate and concentrate on service delivery, saying that it is now time to work after the hectic previous poll.
