Garissa governor Hon Ali Bunow Korane on Friday chaired his third cabinet meeting with a pledge of improved service delivery across the county.
Speaking during the meeting, Korane stated that his administration was committed to equally improving the lives of the residents without favoritism.
As part of the proceedings, Korane's cabinet approved the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-2022.
"Even as we deliberate on and develop strategies for achievement of our shared developmental agenda for our county, It is my desire that service delivery becomes the core business to better the livelihoods of our residents," Korane said during the meeting.
Other agendas discussed during the cabinet meeting included the Micro-finance and Small Enterprises Development Fund, Investment and Trade Licensing Policy/Bills, all of which are in their final stages of implementation.
