Korane claims that Jama has been employing staff without following the laid down procedures and policies.
In an interview with the Star on Monday, the governor hopeful alleged that Jama has been by-passing the County Public Service Board in recruitment of staff.
He claimed that over 1000 employees at the county and sub county offices have been recruited without following the due procedures and policies.
Korane also accused Jama of nepotism in recruitment of staff.
He claimed that the governor has been discriminating some clans in the county on employment.
Korane said that Jama’s leadership is based on nepotism and tribalism, further asking locals to vote out Jama in the August 8 polls.
Korane is seeking Jama’s seat on Jubilee Party ticket.
Korane and governor Jama have been engaging in public spats, with the incumbent accusing Korane of malicious and smear campaigns.
Jama says that his administration has performed and will be voted back basing on the development track record it has achieved in the last four years.
