Kenyans on Twitter have called for the release of lawyer Miguna Miguna.
Miguna is said to be detained at the Lari Police station in Limuru.
On Sunday reports emerged that the outspoken lawyer fell ill while in custody.
He was arrested on Friday from his Runda home.
Despite a court order, Miguna was still detained by officers.

@danyamah 5h5 hours agoMore@MigunaMiguna is critically ill @Lari with an asthmatic attack. @edwinsifuna has an inhaler to hand him but the OCS has refused to have it delivered sighting orders from above NOT to attend to him nor allow his lawyer and doctor to access him.#FreeMigunaMigunaNow
