As soon as the presidential petition pre-trial conference kicked off Saturday night, August 26, at the Supreme Court of Kenya, a number of Kenyans were keenly noting the events that were happening in the court room.
While a section of Kenyans admitted they did not understand the terminologies being used by lawyers such as 'amicus curiae', others were sharp to note one of the Jubilee politician was taking a nap while the court was in session.They quickly took to social media to make fun out of the incident.Some said he knew the petition was heading nowhere while others noted his concentration was much needed.
