A majority of Kenyans were caught by surprise after IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati announced that President Uhuru Kenyatta garnered 886 votes in Kisumu county while Opposition leader Raila Odinga got 7 in the October 26 fresh presidential poll. Kisumu was one of the counties that the electoral body postponed the repeat election and is perceived to be Raila's stronghold.Earlier reports had indicated that elections in the county were held in Muhoroni constituency.Here are the mixed reactions from some twitter users:
