[Photo| @KTNKenya]Kenyans on twitter expressed mixed reactions after the Acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i said the government will deregister all driving schools in a bid to curb road accidents which has killed several Kenyans in recent weeks.Speaking to the press on Tuesday, Matiangi who is also the Education CS said the institutions will be registered afresh so that only qualified ones are left.While some people supported the CS, others said he was crossing the line since driving schools fall under transport socket and not the Education one.
