Kenya Ports Authority (KPA, Bandari FC) beat the Ministry of Sports Culture and Arts (MOSCA FC) 2-0 during the opening playoff of the Kenya Communications Sports Organization (KECOSO) games.

The games officially kicked off at Moi Stadium-Kisumu on Saturday.

The super charged KPA amassed three points which saw them top the list in the football category.

Former Gor Mahia striker Enoch Agwanda scored the first goal in the 18th minute after receiving a pass from Siraj Mohammed.

Anthony Kimani scored the second goal, sealing the doom of MOSCA who had been flaunted to win the contest.

During the second half, MOSCA retested into the game robust with Aslam Sajad and Tete Olesu trying their luck against KPA, however, goalkeeper Joseph Lokale dealt with the shots negating them an avenue to launch a comeback.

Bandari Coach, George  Owoko, who spoke after the match said the win has heightened the confidence of the youthful players expressing optimism that the team will carry home the trophy.

Boniface Karioki, MOSCA coach, observed that the match commenced well, albeit they had botched chances to score owing to silly mistakes that allowed Bandari to capitalize on their faults.
