The Kenye Premier League transfer window has officially kicked in and is expected to remain so for the next two months until the end of January 2018.

Already several teams have been reported to be scouting for fresh blood while offloading their surplus players and there is just no better time for club's and fans like this period.

Leading the hunt for new recruits is KPL champions Gor Mahia who are seeking to bolster their squad ahead of the looming Confederation of Africa Football (Caf) championship. K'ogallo have been linked with a move for Ulinzi forward Sammy Onyango and Ivorian ace Ephraim Geitan.

Other teams which are also expected to be active in the window season include Bandari who were underwhelming this season and immediate former champions Tusker Fc as well as relegation survivors Mathare United.

AFC Leopards is also expected to feature preeminently in the off season and head coach Robert Matano has been quoted a number of times promising fans better times ahead with some good signings.

However,this season is not entirely about buying.A number of players are also out of contracts with their current clubs and are expected to be offloaded as such.
