Industries, large businesses, organizations have power back-ups in case of a power blackout.

However, many small-scale businesses and organizations who cannot afford power back-ups are forced to halt their operations whenever there is a power outage.

They incur big losses due to disruption on their operations.

A whole day without power negatively affects the economy as part of it remains dormant. With the recent power outages occurring every week in the county, we are losing a lot.

These power outages are hurting our weak economy, adding salt to injury. Something should be done to rectify the situation.

If these power outages continue, the public will lose their faith on KPLC. The customers are very disciplined in payment of power bills thus deserve efficient and reliable services from KPLC.

Otherwise, KPLC should be compensating its customers of the loses they incur because of the black outs.

Perhaps it would be better if we allow competetion in the power supply market so customers can be free to choose the best service provider.
