Kenya Airways (KQ) passengers destined for Lagos were on Tuesday in convinced due to the ongoing strike by the airlines workers in Nigeria.
The troubled airline announced Tuesday evening that it expects interference in operations due to industrial action by its Nigerian staff following disagreements over a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
The national carrier has termed stipulations made by its employees as "unsustainable financial demands".
Meanwhile, the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NAUTE) has previously cited alleged failure by Kenya Airways to implement the CBA signed two years ago.
“Guests are kindly advised to check their flight details and status before heading to the airport. Those already at the airport are advised to pay attention to the periodic boarding announcements for their flights,” said KQ in a statement.
