A total of nine KQ flights at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) have been rescheduled for over an hour today Wednesday in order to pave way for military drills.
The Kenya Airways management revealed that the port was closed from access between 11.20am and 12.20pm.
Incoming flights were also affected by the drill that was said to be a preparation for the Madaraka Day Celebrations.
The flights affected included KQ264, KQ265, KQ351, KQ401, KQ412, KQ434, KQ550, and KQ654/655.
