Kenya Airways crew was on Saturday forced to serve passengers snacks to ease their frustration of flight delays after their take-offs were delayed for over two hours.
According to the Star, several passengers got stranded at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after flights to Mombasa were rescheduled to noon instead of 10am.
Customers however did not have kind words for the crew.
"It is very bad. Kenya Airways should get back to its senses. What if we were to connect to other flights?" asked Zimbabwe national Maovin Nyamtora who was travelling from Eldoret.
According to a member of KQ's crew who spoke to the Star, the delays were brought about by technical hitches.
