The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) today (Tuesday) commissioned the Renal pediatric unit for children at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Uasin Gishu County. While addressing journalists during the launch of the unit, KRA board of directors chair Dr Edward Sambili said the authority will partner with the hospital to improve service provision. North Rift KRA manager Florence Atwori urged the public to reach out to hospitals and support the projects of the same caliber aimed at improving the lives of children.The renal unit was refurbished at a cost of Sh1 million, a project that was funded by the Authority.The renal unit will cater for children suffering from kidney-related diseases.
