The Kenya Revenue Authority is set to register about 7,000 new taxpayers thanks to the Kisumu, Siaya, and Homa Bay informal sectors.This was revealed by the Kenya Revenue Authority Western Regional coordinator Kevin Safari as he distributed reflector jackets to boda boda operators.''We expect to register about 7,000 new taxpayers from the informal sector in Siaya, Kisumu, and Homa Bay. The informal sector in these counties is fast growing,'' Mr. Safari said. 

The informal sector has been contributing significantly to these counties.
