Joy Doreen Biira, a Business news anchor at KTN was on Sunday evening arrested, for allegedly sharing live pictures of clashes in a Kingdom in Uganda.
It is believed she was arrested alongside the King of Rwenzururu in Western Uganda, over the clashes that reportedly left 55 people dead.
According to SDE, Biira alongside her fiancé were picked from her home in Kasese by uniformed men and has since not been traced.
They are said to have wedded a day before they were arrested.
King Charles Wesley Mumbere is accused of inciting violence after militia-men reportedly attacked a police post in his Kasese hometown.
