Speaking last weekend during a meeting of KUPPET officials in Eldoret Town, Milemba said that KPA had no role in the education sector and asked the Ministry of Education to do away with it.

Milemba termed KPA as a briefcase organisation that is only out there to fleece parents their hard-earned money.

"We are not going to allow Musau Ndunda who has a briefcase organisation to charge each school Sh2000 when we are saying that schools fees should be moderated for the parents,” said Milemba.

Milemba claimed that KPA pockets over Sh60 Million from primary and secondary schools which he says benefits no parent.

"From the 22,000 primary schools and the 8,000 secondary schools Musau will put Sh60M in his briefcase that had papers initially. Let us know whether Musau Ndunda is a parent forever,” added Milemba.

The Chairman also questioned the democracy of the association which he said conducts no elections.
