The Kenya Urban Roads Authority is in the process of reducing traffic snarl ups in the city by automating traffic management.
This will be done through the Intelligence Traffic System that will replace the 100 roundabouts in Nairobi with signalised intersections that will be under monitoring of computerised traffic management center.
