Kisii political analyst George Omanga said Kuria’s sentiments about Raila’s assassination is just a means to seek public attention.
He said the MP knew the utterances would go viral in the social media, a strategy he intends to use ahead of the 2017 elections.
He knows he will get away with it but he will have made an impact on the people.
“Kuria has gained popularity among Kenyans following numerous utterances that have been condemned something he is using to gain political mileage,” said Omanga.
He adds that Kuria Knows that he will break loose and walk away with the utterances.
“No sober human being, especially in power, would utter such words without an agenda. Kuria is seeking attention. He will then work his way out having made a great impact,” he said.
He added that such utterances only serve his selfish interests and cause tension and suspicion among different tribes.
“The utterances for such a nation are not good and should be condemned,” he said.
