Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria is one Kenyans known of but not many know about his life before joining politics.

The MP will be launching his first book detailing his political journey of 24 years at the end of this month. Kuria says the book will be entail accumulation of media articles he has written and the book will feature mainly politicians-current and retired.

While giving out the Gatundu South Sh6 million bursary funds to needy pupils and students from his constituency, Kuria said he was authoring the book on the Kenyan political landscape.

Kuria said the book will feature mainly sensitive political matters of second liberation during the Moi era and the coalition governments during Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta's time.

He says he will also use the book to try and make Kenyans understand his background from being a student leader to becoming a ‘servant of the people’ of Gatundu south.

Kuria has been in the forefront in fighting the opposition since he assumed office in 2014 after the death of Joseph Ngugi Nyumu.

His book is however expected to detail his relationship with Cord leader Raila Odinga who recently had lunch with him.

According to Kuria, the book will be stocked in book stores and supermarkets before the end of July 2016.
