Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has vowed not to relent on his fight for justice to the Solai dam victims.
In a letter penned to both DPP Mr Noordin Haji and Water Cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui, Mr Kuria noted that swift action against the dam owner, Mr Mansukul Patel should have been completed.
"Dear Mr DPP, how far have you gone with the Patel Dam Genocide investigations? Dear Water CS Simon Chelugui, have you suspended WARMA CEO Mr Shurie? I am not farting," he posed.
The Jubilee legislator further warned that the live of the people of Solai were equally important as those of Mr Patels family and so should never been taken for granted.
"Do the needful. The lives of hustlers are as important as those of Patels. Sitanyamaza!!," he vowed.
His appeal came after Government Spokesman Eric Kiraithe on Friday warned that those found culpable will be apprehended.
“No single life would have been lost if the owners of those dams would have drained it in good time to stem a situation where it is overflowing and breaks its banks," he said.
“This dam was declared illegal, there will be consequences,” he added.
