Controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has congratulated Opposition leader Raila Odinga after he was sworn-in as the 'People's President' on Tuesday.
Raila's controversial oath was administered by Ruaraka MP Otieno Kajwang alongside lawyer Miguna Miguna at the historical Uhuru Park grounds in Nairobi.
The other three NASA principals were, nevertheless, conspicuously absent. However in what could be seen as hilarious, Kuria noted that Odinga would form his government in Zanzibar.
The Jubilee legislator further went ahead to suggest a State House comptroller for the NASA leader noting that Raila's head needed to be checked all the time.
"Congratulations Baba. You have finally managed what Jaramogi could not. When you get down to the task of forming your administration in Zanzibar, allow me to suggest Dr Frank Njenga as the State House comptroller," wrote Kuria on his Facebook page.
He added: "You need to have your head checked all the time."
