Cherangani MP Joshua Kutuny. Photo/the-star.co.keThe National Super Alliance has moles within IEBC who supplied it with evidence to back its petition, Cherangani MP Joshua Kutuny has said.
The MP now wants to know how NASA obtained information from IEBC yet they claimed they had no access.
"After doing in depth investigations and following the behavior of IEBC, I believe NASA had an upper hand in discrediting IEBC. NASA had moles," he told a press briefing on Thursday.
Kutuny said the moles are still at the commission and that they gave the Opposition documentary evidence.
"NASA appeared to know how malpractices were done, where and when the electoral anomalies were done [ and details on] fake ballot papers," he said.
"The electoral anomalies cited by NASA were reported in NASA strongholds. Why not Jubilee strongholds?" he asked.
NASA leader Raila Odinga moved to the Supreme court and filed a petition challenging Uhuru's August 8 presidential win.
Supreme court judges led by CJ David Maraga declared Uhuru's August 8 win as null and void and ordered IEBC to conduct fresh polls within 60 days.
IEBC has set October, 17 as the date for the fresh polls to be conducted.
