Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny has predicted major constitutional changes before 2022 polls which will however accommodate both Raila Odinga and William Ruto.
Currently, MPs are planning to debate a bill which seeks to introduce Prime Minister position besides dramatically weakening presidential powers.
At Kericho on Sunday, Kutuny, a former presidential adviser chest thumped on his ability to predict Kenya ever dynamic politics, adding that the constitutional changes will be effected.
"I have been making predictions in politics and people respect me for that. I said Raila will talk to Uhuru, it has now come to pass.
"I foresee a scenario where we shall have constitutional changes which will create a PM position and his deputies. Ruto will however win presidency," he said.
According to Kutuny, Raila will however get a chance to serve again as PM and would likely be depustised by Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
While Raila has remained silent about his new role in government, sources say he will act as Kenya's special envoy, responsibilities which are accorded to Heads of states.
