Speaking to the press shortly after casting her vote at Manaret primary school in Sotik on Tuesday, Laboso who is vying on Jubilee party ticket pleaded her supporters to come out in large numbers and vote for her.
Laboso said that she is satisfied with the polling process.
She urged residents to be peaceful and shun some politicians who she claimed are not committed to peace.
Laboso asked rivals including incumbent governor Isaac Ruto to concede defeat if they lose.
The National Assembly Deputy Speaker said that she will accept defeat if she loses in the polls.
''I am urging losers in this election to concede defeat and seek court redress in case they are dissatisfied with poll results,'' she said as quoted by the Star.
Laboso at the same time called on security agencies to boost security during and after the ongoing voting exercise.
