Bomet governor and NASA co-principal Issac Ruto is currently trailing his rival Jubilee's Joyce Laboso.

So far two polling stations out of 24 in the county have started trickling.

Laboso is leading is 6510 votes which represent 73.34 percent compared to Ruto's 2367 which is 26.66 percent

Bomet is a hotly contested race in the Rift Valley.
