The woman who filed a case stopping former nominated MP Mark Too's burial stopped has withdrawn the case.
The woman had wanted her son who she claims she bore with the late Too recognized.
Fatuma Hassan had wanted High Court to ensure her son if included in all family arrangements.
She told court that Too's widows Mary and Sophie intentionally excluded her son and wanted to know if the boy's schools fees will be paid.
Too, 64, died after a short illness at St Lukes Hospital in Eldoret on December 31.
He had been rushed to the medical facility under critical condition.
He will be buried on Monday at his Kapseret home.
