Lamu county is a NASA zone, an ODM politician Rishad Amana has said.
According to Amana, Jubilee politicians who won during the August 8 polls rigged elections.
Amana said Lamu residents turned out in low numbers in most parts of the county on Thursday during the repeat election, a clear indication that the county is an opposition zone.
"Lamu is an opposition region after residents showed patriotism and heeded calls to boycott Thursday's poll. Jubilee garnered too little votes and this clearly shows what happened on August 8," said Amana.
He said Jubilee leaders in the county led by governor Fahim Twaha are computer generated leaders.
"Jubilee thought forcing the election Kenyans will vote for them. It is now evident that majority of Kenyans are with NASA," he said.
Amana noted that even God didn't want the election to take place.
"The heavy rains hindered the transportation of voting materials in Lamu and Tana River counties an indication that God was not for the repeat election on Thursday", he said.
