Lamu politician Shekue Kahale's wife and one-year-old child were on Monday buried at Kizingitini cemetery

They were involved in a boat accident on Sunday morning in the Indian Ocean.

The boat which was carrying 12 people, capsized while heading to Manda airport.

One person survived the tragedy.
