Lawyer George Kithi has revealed the other side of the seven Supreme Court judges while out of court.
Speaking on NTV Tuesday, the lawyer further defined the judges as individuals who can easily transform their conduct based on the situation at hand.
He said that majority of them whom he has personal familiarity with and has come across while in line of duty and judicial events are jovial fellows who despite being in the top positions of the judiciary arm of government, interact freely with fellow Kenyans.
''The Chief Justice, for instance, is a just person who puts God first with the others too sharing in that. They are also jovial people but can be really stern and serious when at the bench,'' said Kithi who said that the same applies to the lawyers representing different sides in the NASA petition challenging President Kenyatta's re-election.
''The lawyers are equally friendly people who know each other personally. There are also other separate cases where they are on the same sides and the hostility being witnessed between them right now is solely because they are at work,'' he said.
This comes at a time when all eyes are on the judges as they prepare to give a ruling on the petition this Friday.
