[Photo/the-star.co.ke]Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga will be putting his neck on the chopping board if he agrees to participate on October 17 presidential poll with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as currently constituted.Lawyer Nelson Havi has said that IEBC has deeply been infiltrated by Jubilee and it will be 'foolish' for Raila to participate in a process whose outcome is already predetermined."IEBC is Jubilee and vice versa and Raila has all reasons to be scared of this commission. He is not insane in raising the issues he is talking about. He has been in this thing for long enough to know what is a free and fair process and does not want to put his neck on a chopping board knowingly," Havi told KTN News on Saturday. He supported Raila's idea of boycotting the poll if his concerns are not addressed."It would be wise for him not to participate in a compromised process where he is almost certain of losing. Let the IEBC be fixed and let these Jubilee sympathetic officials in the commission be kicked out immediately," Havi added.
